Postpartum weightloss day 2 

I’m actually quite proud of myself that I stuck it out and yesterday I made myself another ‘no cook’ healthy snack Box lunch! This one was even more yummier than the last..


What it’s made of..

  • Homemade wrap (1 tablespoon goats cheese, handful of spinach leaves, 3 slices of qourn chicken, topped with 30g of salsa on Mediterranean tortilla bread) 
  • 10 walnuts 
  • Cucumber slices (60g)
  • Red pepper sticks (100g) 
  • A babybel (Stolen from my toddlers snacks) 

The other stuff..

  • 463 calories 
  • 17.2g Fat
  • 48.5g Carbs
  • 16.3g Protein

I stuck to a healthy porridge for breakfast although wanted my usual toast SO SO bad. Although I was naughty and had a mcflurry in the afternoon as it was just so hot! Ah well, small baby steps..
